Celebrate effort and good play from both sides
They are learning too and most are under 18. Pro referees make mistakes and they have 20+ years experience and get paid a little bit more than £10 an hour. Abuse to refs has a zero tolerance.
Parents and spectators have to stay behind the fence or barrier. Only 2 approved coaches are allowed on the touchline.
When players make mistakes, offer them encouragement to try again next time. Dont expect children to be perfect all the time.
Never engage in, or tolerate offensive, insulting or abusive language or behaviour. This will not be tolerated and will be dealt with using our respect rules.
Thanks for agreeing to our respect code of conduct.
